In his lectures and training, he draws a parallel between high-performance troops and companies. It is based on his experiences as a Special Forces Operator, Jungle Warfare Course Instructor and commander of a battalion of 900 soldiers in the pacification of Complexo do Alemão (2010-2012), in Rio de Janeiro.
